Boca woman saves dogs from attacking otter 

WEST BOCA — Who knew something so cute could be so aggressive. A West Boca woman is telling of her encounter with an angry otter. Leah Vanon watched in horror last week as an otter grabbed her Labrador retriever and began to pull it into the water in the Tampa Bay area community.
